A huge thank you to the seventeen wonderful runners, including our CEO Sonia Watson, who braved the stormy conditions on 10 March to run the Vitality Big Half in support of the Stephen Lawrence Charitable Trust this year.

The team raised a fantastic £12,600, which will go towards our work with young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, aspiring architects and community groups.

Kitted out in their running gear, kindly provided by our friends at New Balance, Stephen’s Team cut impressive figures as they made their way round the 13.1 mile course, taking in the sights of Tower Bridge and the Cutty Sark. Check out a couple of pictures from the day:

Ana, Luis and Chloe from Formation Architects, who raised a fabulous £2,500.

Stephen Lawrence himself was a keen runner, and participated in a mini-marathon for his club, the Cambridge Harriers, in 1988. Following in his footsteps by taking part in a sponsored run like this is a great way to fundraise and support his legacy.
