We believe that all young people should get the information and support they need to make informed decisions about their education and future careers.

How can we support your students?

At Blueprint for All, we believe in fostering talent and building career aspirations by connecting young people of diverse ethnic heritage with inspiring professionals that represent them.

We currently have four different programmes running in primary and secondary schools across London, Birmingham and Manchester. Take a look at our work below.

Transitions to Employment

 Motivating and empowering Year 12 students within Tower Hamlets and Newham through providing personal and professional development to prepare for their transition to employment.

9 engaging workshops, including:

  • Talks from industry professionals
  • Workplace visits
  • CV and interview preparation
  • Discovering different careers available
  • Understanding the various routes for achieving career aspirations

Pathways to Professions Programme

Primary Programme

Our Pathways to Professions primary programme inspires and enables students in years 5-6 who are of diverse ethnic heritage to pursue whatever career they set their mind to.

Pupils will be provided with 10 career workshops. Workshops will include:

  • Support for students to understand the link between education and career
  • Learning about different professional careers available and routes to these careers
  • Personal development sessions
  • Access to inspiring and relatable professionals
  • Workplace visit tours
  • Toolkits to support learning

Secondary Programme

Our Pathways to Progressions secondary programme inspires and enables students in years 8-10 who are of diverse ethnic heritage to understand the breadth of career opportunities available and broaden their knowledge of which skills are required to succeed in the workplaces of the future.

Pupils will be provided with 6 career workshops. Workshops will include:

  • Support for students to understand build on employability skills
  • Learning about different professional careers available and routes to these careers
  • Cv and interview preparation
  • Access to inspiring and relatable professionals
  • Workplace visit tours
  • Toolkits to support learning

Secondary Schools (Extended)

We also provide an extended Pathways to Progressions secondary programme that inspires and enables students in years 8-10 who are of diverse ethnic heritage to pursue whatever career they set their mind to. This programme offers a more in-depth intervention, providing students with personal development support.

Pupils will be provided with 10 career workshops. Workshops will include:

  • Support for students to understand the link between education and career
  • Insights into possible next steps after secondary education
  • Learning about different professional careers available and routes to these careers
  • Personal development sessions
  • Access to inspiring and relatable professionals
  • Workplace visit tours
  • Toolkits to support learning

Sixth Form

Looking for a programme that is suited to higher education? Our Pathways to Professions sixth form programme inspires and enables students in years 12-13 who are of diverse ethnic heritage to understand the breadth of career opportunities available and broaden their knowledge of which skills are required to succeed in the workplaces of the future.

Pupils will be provided with 10 career workshops. Workshops will include:

  • Support for students to understand how their current stage of education links to professional success
  • Learning about different professional careers available and routes to these careers
  • Access to inspiring and relatable professionals
