Before his retirement in 2006, Keith was Head of Deptford Green School, a mixed comprehensive in South East London. Under his leadership the school gained a national reputation for its work in citizenship education. He received an OBE for services to education in 1996 and was knighted in 2007. Keith has worked as a government adviser and was the lead writer of the curriculum report ‘Diversity and Citizenship’. He is currently a trustee of APIE (a charity working in education in Rwanda) and a trustee of the Wimbledon Foundation. He is also an honorary fellow of Goldsmiths University, an Hon DEd De Montfort University and an Hon. DLit(Ed) London University.

Michael is a Charity Lawyer and Senior Partner at Camerons Solicitors LLP. He provides legal support to Blueprint for All, specialising in charity law and philanthropy, and founded the Charity Law Association in 1992. His other charitable activities include sitting as the Master of the Worshipful Company of Clockmakers in 2016, which was founded by Royal Chapter in 1631.

Andrea is the founder of People Business. She is an experienced Human Resources professional, organisational development consultant, and facilitator. Andrea offers significant expertise in all aspects of HR and people development, from putting in place organisational change strategy to management development, executive assessment and executive coaching.

Neil is Head of Architecture, Products & Design at Graveney School, a secondary school in south west London. He has been a trustee at Blueprint for All since 2011 and is particularly involved in progressing access to architectural careers for those from a diverse background.

Mark Macleod has recently retired from his executive career, after some 30 years working in financial services. His most recent post was CFO & COO at investment management firm Quilter Cheviot, having previously worked at Climate Change Capital and Dresdner Kleinwort Benson. Mark qualified as a chartered accountant with EY.

Kevin is an IT/digital advisor, digital trustee, and former Chief Information Officer. Kevin holds broad IT expertise in unlocking opportunities to navigate digital disruption and delivers cost-effective, reliable, cyber-secure solutions. Kevin is currently engaged in technology for sustainability outcomes (Forum for the Future); improved medical care (Medical Aid for Palestinians); human rights (Amnesty International); protecting children (NSPCC) and housing rights (Shelter). Having worked in oil and gas, finance, and the third sector in Europe and America, Kevin now resides in South-East London and is a proud parent to a sixteen-year-old.

Paul established Karakusevic Carson Architects to improve the quality of social housing in London. In addition to his internationally recognised experience, Paul is a Design Advisor to the HCA/GLA, Urban Design London and Design Council/CABE and lends his experience to audits, critiques and reviews and awards panels of major initiatives and projects across the UK. Paul has been selected as a Mayor’s Design Advocate, joining a panel of architecture and design experts who have been selected by the Mayor of London to provide design guidance to City Hall and local councils.

Chris is a Senior HR Leader with experience of leading large resourcing, L&D, talent and internal communications functions for FTSE 100 organisations. Most recently, focused on understanding how these functions interact to create a positive and productive colleague experience. Chris is currently Group Head of Colleague Experience at Centrica.

Fabrice Khullar is a Senior Product, Design & Technology Leader as well as Non-Exec Director and Advisor. Most recently, Fabrice was Director of Product, Design & Technology at Selfridges, the iconic luxury retailer. Fabrice is Commercially driven and passionate about product and technology transformations and driving product vision and strategy in Consumer, Retail, Digital, E Commerce and Media. With over 20 years of experience, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a proven ability to influence Board-Level and C Suite Executives, alongside coaching product, technology, and design teams to deliver innovative products and tangible results. Fabrice has a passion for customers, end users and innovation. Past achievements include delivering emerging technologies and customer propositions at Orange (now EE), Virgin Media, Sky Group, Now, Sainsbury’s, Matches and Selfridges. Fabrice grew up in Montréal, lived in the South of France and then studied Journalism in London. He later gained his MBA from Cranfield University. He lives in London with his wife and two daughters.

Sonia became Chief Executive of Blueprint for All in 2015. Since then the charity’s focus and achievements in delivering social impact and opportunities in which everyone, regardless of their race, ethnicity or background, can flourish is well documented. Sonia also established Building Inclusive Futures Consulting, an independent not-for-profit consultancy that gifts all profits to Blueprint for All and helps organisations reach their inclusion goals. Sonia was awarded the OBE for services to diversity in HM the Queen’s birthday honours list 2019, and is an Honorary Fellow of both the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) in 2017 and the Royal Incorporated Architects of Scotland (RIAS), awarded for services to diversity.
