Secondary Programme
Our Pathways to Progressions secondary programme inspires and enables students in years 8-10 who are of diverse ethnic heritage to understand the breadth of career opportunities available and broaden their knowledge of which skills are required to succeed in the workplaces of the future.
Pupils will be provided with 6 career workshops. Workshops will include:
- Support for students to understand build on employability skills
- Learning about different professional careers available and routes to these careers
- Cv and interview preparation
- Access to inspiring and relatable professionals
- Workplace visit tours
- Toolkits to support learning

Secondary Schools (Extended)
We also provide an extended Pathways to Progressions secondary programme that inspires and enables students in years 8-10 who are of diverse ethnic heritage to pursue whatever career they set their mind to. This programme offers a more in-depth intervention, providing students with personal development support.
Pupils will be provided with 10 career workshops. Workshops will include:
- Support for students to understand the link between education and career
- Insights into possible next steps after secondary education
- Learning about different professional careers available and routes to these careers
- Personal development sessions
- Access to inspiring and relatable professionals
- Workplace visit tours
- Toolkits to support learning
