Become a Blueprint for All Mentor

Help young people like you into the world of work and beyond.

Young people from BAME and low socio-economic backgrounds don’t have the same opportunities to secure professional careers. They are under-represented in the workplace and often struggle to find role models. Blueprint for All are on a mission to change that.

We are searching for representative mentors to support and develop 16–30-year-olds on our programmes. We have a range of new courses beginning in Autumn 2021 and require entrepreneurs and creative professionals willing to volunteer their time to support disadvantaged young people looking to make an impact at work.
