Become a Blueprint for All Mentor

Help young people like you into the world of work and beyond.

Young people of diverse ethnic heritage and from low socio-economic backgrounds don’t have the same opportunities to secure professional careers. They are underrepresented in the workplace and often struggle to find role models. Blueprint for All are on a mission to change that.

We are searching for representative mentors to support and develop 16–30-year-olds on our programmes. We have a range of new courses beginning in Autumn 2021 and require entrepreneurs and creative professionals willing to volunteer their time to support young people of diverse ethnic heritage looking to make an impact at work.

This lively and interactive format allows mentors to speak openly about their experiences with several young people at one of our career’s events.

Having a mentor, hearing from industry experts and seeing behind the scenes really inspired me. I feel incredibly lucky to have found my passion and be able to follow my dream.
