Career dreams start young. That is why in September we introduced Pathways to Professions for primary schools. By introducing 10- and 11-year-olds to the opportunities available to them, we are able to help them understand and develop their soft skills from a young age. Nearing the end of our programme we have successfully worked with an astounding 120 students across 5 different primary schools within the UK.

Growing up the possibilities were endless, whether you wanted to be an Astronaut, Barista or even Beyoncé, the thought of becoming those were always just a ‘dream career’ when asked what do you want to be when you are older.”  But how do you help young children make those a reality?

Blueprint for All are doing just that. Now we may not have a programme for astronauts – yet, but we are working on providing all the resources that our young people need, so they can nurture their talents.

Take a look at the dream jobs of our primary school students, they are showing us that nothing is off limits…
